About Dr. Joe
In 2000, he founded Logika as a response to the classic “plan your work and work your plan” approach to organizational change and market agility.
Dr. Joe turns the classic “expert” model on its head by taking the time to develop a deep understating of your unique challenges and working with you to create a practical action plan that keeps you motivated.
His approach is rooted in finding the path that aligns with your sense of self. Having worked on projects in six contents and lived on three, he has a deep appreciation for the important role that individual culture, tradition, and identity play in professional success.
With degrees in engineering, management, and organizational psychology, Dr. Joe has experience in virtually every industry. He has worked with non-profits, pre-revenue startups, scale-ups, organizational transitions (generational changes, change of control, leadership transitions, investor onboarding), and more than half of the companies that make up the Dow-Jones Industrial Average.
A self-described startup and scale-up junkie, Dr. Joe believes that entrepreneurialism is one of the most powerful tools available for economic and social justice. When he is not saving the world one professional, organization, or community at a time, you’ll find him cooking internationally-inspired food that is healthy and delicious (really).
